婴幼儿面颈部的巨大囊状水瘤,如果术前采用药物治疗,缩小肿瘤的范围,为外科手术切除创造了有利的条件。是一个值得考虑的问题。我们自1983年以来,对婴幼儿口腔颌面部及颈部的大型海绵状血管采用肾上腺皮质激素治疗,可缩小肿瘤,但维持时间不长,只能在短时间内限制其发展。本文作者考虑血管瘤与淋巴管瘤同属脉管瘤。因此也采用了激素治疗婴幼儿淋巴管瘤,收到了治疗血管瘤同样的效果。但因缩小肿瘤的时间不长,如肿瘤缩小后再结合手术切除,是一个可取的方法。现国内外尚未见类似的报导,今将临床资料报导如下:
