跆拳道作为一项竞技运动,在比赛中能否取得突出的成绩,主要取决于良好的训练方法与身体素质,运动员的身体素质训练主要包括体能训练、技术能力训练、战术能力训练、心理能力与运动智能的训练。跆拳道运动成绩和良好的身体素质是紧密联系在一起的。田径运动中的很多项目可以对青少年跆拳道训练起到很大的促进作用。以青少年跆拳道运动员为研究对象,分析田径运动对青少年跆拳道运动员训练的影响。
As an athletic competition, Taekwondo depends on excellent training methods and physical fitness. Athletes’ physical fitness training mainly includes physical training, technical ability training, tactical ability training, psychological ability and sports Intelligent training. Taekwondo athletic performance and good physical fitness are closely linked together. Many items in track and field can greatly promote teenagers’ taekwondo training. Taking teenagers taekwondo athletes as the research object, this paper analyzes the impact of athletics on young taekwondo athletes training.
