笔者从百色学院体育学院教学团队的实际出发,找出影响教学团队建设的原因。通过分析原因,提出相对应的策略,让百色学院体育学院的教学团队得以完善。通过对百色学院体育学院教学团队建设现状以及存在的问题进行调查与分析,以相关的教学团队理论研究,探讨体育学院教学团队建设的发展现状、影响因素并提出相应策略并针对相应存在的问题提出对策,使百色学院体育学院教学团队建设不断完善。
The author starts from the actual situation of the teaching team in the physical education institute of Baise University to find out the reasons that affect the construction of the teaching team. By analyzing the reasons, we put forward the corresponding strategies to improve the teaching team of Baise College of Physical Education. Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo and existing problems in the teaching team construction of PE Institute of Physical Education in Baise University, this paper studies the current situation, influencing factors and the corresponding strategies of the teaching team building in PE Institute with relevant theoretical research of teaching team and puts forward the corresponding problems Countermeasures, so that Baise Institute of Physical Education teaching team building continuously improved.
