提出一种0.5μm CMOS工艺实现的基于传统结构改进的电荷泵。该结构采用威尔逊电流源提供偏置电流,引入共源共栅结构提高输出阻抗,以此来抑制电流失配。该电路具有结构简单、功耗小、速度快的特点。仿真结果表明,系统功耗小于1.5 mW,锁定时间为8μs,满足快速锁定、低功耗的要求。
A charge pump based on the traditional structure is proposed in a 0.5μm CMOS process. The structure uses Wilson current source to provide bias current and introduces a cascode structure to increase the output impedance to suppress current mismatch. The circuit has the characteristics of simple structure, small power consumption and high speed. The simulation results show that the system power consumption is less than 1.5 mW and the locking time is 8μs, which meets the requirements of fast locking and low power consumption.
