目前,我国大部分集团公司普遍推行资金集中管理模式,目的是为充分发挥集团的规模优势,提高资金的使用效率。本文从经济效益、融资能力、对成员企业的管控等多个角度分析了企业集团资金集中管理的必要性,同时针对目前资金集中管理提出管理建议和实施的策略,用以制订出科学合理的资金集中管理体系,达到提升企业价值的目标。
At present, most of the group companies in our country implement the centralized fund management mode in order to give full play to the Group’s scale advantages and enhance the efficiency of the use of funds.
