随着当今社会经济的快速发展,电梯和人们的工作生活联系越来越紧密。在过去,我国生产的各种不同种类的电梯,大多数是采用继电器作为控制系统的主体,可是,继电器控制系统在电梯起、制动过程及平层停靠时舒适感较差,并且控制系统较为复杂,这就使得电梯检修、维护比较困难,同时安全性和舒适性也不能够得到保障。当前生产制造的电梯基本已不采用继电器控制系统,犬都采用PLC控制系统,但就目前而言,我国现在使用继电器控制系统电梯的用户仍占有一定的比例。本文主要探讨如何利用PLC、变频器对传统继电器控制系统的电梯实施改造,以提高此类电梯的乘坐舒适度与安全性。
With the rapid development of today’s society and economy, the elevator and people’s working life are getting closer and closer. In the past, most of the different types of elevators produced in our country adopted relays as the main body of the control system. However, the relay control system has a poor comfort when the elevator is in operation, the braking process and the landing on the flat floor are relatively poor, and the control system is relatively Complex, which makes elevator maintenance, maintenance more difficult, while safety and comfort can not be guaranteed. The current production of the elevator basically do not use the relay control system, dogs are using PLC control system, but for now, our country now use the relay control system elevator users still occupy a certain percentage. This article mainly discusses how to use PLC, frequency converter on the traditional relay control system to implement the elevator to improve the ride comfort and safety of such elevators.
