针对刘庄矿东、西区贯通后可能存在的风机相互影响、采煤面供风不足、局部风流紊乱问题,对轨道大巷贯通前后的4个状态进行了计算机模拟分析。结果表明:轨道大巷贯通后,两主要通风机之间确实存在较严重的相互影响,若不进行回风控制,东区采煤面将出现供风不足和西区局部风流紊乱现象。根据模拟结果,矿方及时在贯通前于东、西轨道行人联巷以西设置永久调节风门。实施后的结果表明,现场实测数据与模拟结果基本吻合。
In view of the possible influence of fans, the insufficient supply of wind on the coal face and the local turbulence, the four states before and after the run-off of the railway track were simulated by computer. The results show that there is a serious mutual influence between the two main ventilators after the passage of roadway passes through. If the return air is not controlled, the insufficient supply of wind and the disturbance of the local wind flow in the west will occur. According to the simulation results, the mine timely set the permanent damper in the west of the pedestrian lane of the east and west railways in a timely manner. After the implementation of the results show that the measured field data and simulation results are basically consistent.
