一般栽培平菇都用棉子壳作栽培料,我市是非产棉区,从外地购买棉子壳成本高.为此,我们就地取材用秸秆栽平菇获得高产.如太安乡李世民用秸秆栽平菇,生物效率达205%.现将他的栽培方法介绍如下:(一)制备培养料 培养料采用以下两种配方(kg):①稻草100,石膏粉1,过磷酸钙1.5,玉米粉4,麸皮3.5,石灰1.2.②稻草50,麦草40,玉米秆和油菜壳10,石膏1,过磷酸钙1.5,石灰1.2,玉米粉4,米糠(统糠)3.2.配方中加水140kg,拌匀后堆积覆膜(或草扇)
