一、《中华人民共和国土地管理法》正式实施 《中华人民共和国土地管理法》自1999年1月1日起正式实施。这是一部关系9亿农民切身利益,关系农业基础地位,关系社会可持续发展,关系中华民族子孙后代的法律,是我国土地管理方式、土地利用方式的重大变革,也是土地管理思想根本转变的集中体现,凝聚了12年土地管理事业探索的成果。
I. The “Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China” Officially Implemented The Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China has been officially implemented since January 1, 1999. This is a law that relates to the vital interests of 900 million peasants, their relations with agriculture, their relationship with the sustainable development of society, and the relations between the generations of the Chinese nation, and is a major change in land management and land use in our country. It is also a fundamental change in land management thinking Focus on embodying the achievements of 12 years of exploration of land management.
