液氢温区制冷机蓄冷器材料的选择对制冷机的性能具有重要的影响。本文开展了液氢温区低温蓄冷材料的实验研究,系统研究了Pb球、Er_3Ni、HoCu_2、高目数不锈钢丝网等多种蓄冷材料对高频脉冲管制冷机的影响。实验测试结果表明,不锈钢丝网的实验效果仍为最佳;而Er_3 Ni的实验效果接近不锈钢丝网;Pb球作为几种蓄冷材料中比热容最高的材料,实验结果却是最差的;本文对此实验现象进行了分析和解释,以便为高频制冷机中蓄冷器材料的选择提供有益的指导和帮助。
Hydrogen temperature zone refrigerator chiller material selection of the performance of the refrigerator has a significant impact. In this paper, the experimental research on low temperature cold storage material in liquid hydrogen temperature zone was carried out. The influence of various cold storage materials such as Pb ball, Er_3Ni, HoCu_2, high mesh stainless steel wire mesh on the high frequency pulse tube refrigerator was systematically investigated. Experimental results show that the experimental results of stainless steel mesh are still the best; the experimental results of Er_3Ni are close to that of stainless steel mesh; Pb ball, as the material with the highest specific heat capacity of several cold storage materials, is the worst. The experimental phenomenon is analyzed and explained in order to provide useful guidance and help for the selection of regenerator materials in high frequency refrigerators.
