ZXG系列焊机在我国工矿企业中应用很广,但早期生产的此类焊机,其控制电路简单,在使用中输出功率不稳定,引弧、稳弧性能不好,飞溅性大,很难保证焊接质量。本文以ZXG-300型磁放大器式焊机为例,给出了一种简便、经济且实用的改进方法,可大大提高此类焊机的性能,不失为老设备改造的一条有效途径。 1.原焊机的性能 此类焊机的主电路多为典型的部分内反馈式磁放大器弧焊电源电路。其磁放大器的控制电路部分很简单,基本上没有稳定焊机性能的措施。如图1所示。
