诊断与治疗技术的进步是医疗服务模式推陈出新的巨大动力。为避免不合理的住院治疗 ,减少全社会住院率 ,加速病人出院 ,以期减少医疗费用 ,英国实行了许多新的医疗服务模式。众多的新兴医疗机构能否刺激医疗需求 ,节约医疗开支 ,最终是取代医院 ,还是成为医院与家庭的中间桥梁 ?本文就这一问题做了详尽分析。MartinHensher等人的文章刊于 1999年 10月的BMJ杂志。
The advancement of diagnosis and treatment technology is an enormous driving force for the development of medical service models. In order to avoid unreasonable hospitalization, reduce the hospitalization rate of the whole society, and accelerate the discharge of patients in order to reduce medical expenses, the United Kingdom has implemented many new medical service models. Whether many emerging medical institutions can stimulate medical needs and save medical expenses will ultimately replace hospitals or become the bridge between hospitals and families. This article has done a thorough analysis of this issue. The article by Martin Hensher et al. was published in the BMJ magazine in October 1999.
