随着教育体制改革的深化,成人院校得到较大发展。然而,在成人院校中,为教学、科研服务的辅助机构——图书馆、资料室建设,却是一个被遗忘的角落。具体表现在: 其一,图书、资料人员调动频繁,队伍不稳定。原因在于领导视此项工作无关大局,具体工作人员搞图书资料工作低人一头,所以图书馆、资料室成了人员‘中转站’,进人难,留人更难。
With the deepening of the education system reform, adult colleges and universities have been greatly developed. However, in adult colleges and universities, the construction of a library and reference room for teaching and scientific research is a forgotten corner. Specifically: First, books, information personnel mobilized frequently, team instability. The reason is that leaders regard this work as unrelated to the overall situation. When a specific staff members engage in library and information work, the library and information room have become personnel ’transfer stations’, making it harder for people to stay and harder for people to stay.
