企业是商品生产的经济实体,企业的经济效益不能不成为企业领导和职工刻意追求的目标。因此,企业的职工教育就不可避免地要打上商品经济的印记:倾斜于经济手段的管理。但是,由于教育本身的特殊性,由于新旧体制的摩擦、碰撞和双轨并行,更由于推行承包经营责任制的现实,决定了企业的职工教育在改革进程中注意运用经济手段
Enterprises are the economic entities of commodity production, and the economic benefits of enterprises can not but be the goals pursued deliberately by business leaders and workers. Therefore, the workers’ education in enterprises inevitably has to impress the mark of commodity economy: it is inclined to the management of economic means. However, due to the particularity of education itself, due to the friction, collision and double-track parallelism between the old and the new systems, the implementation of the responsibility system of contracting management has determined that the workers’ education in enterprises should pay attention to the use of economic means in the reform process
