当今是技术经济发展的时代,科学技术的进步已成为衡量社会经济发展中最重要的要素之一,那么究竟如何运用高科技造福于人类则尤为值得我们深思,尤其是在我国频繁发生食品安全事故,使得我们不得不特别关注科学技术在食品安全生产中的应用。本着这样的宗旨,本文首先以技术伦理要义为基点,对技术成因的食品安全问题进行了事实分析,并强调了在食品安全生产中要严格遵循技术人道主义和社会效益至上的伦理原则。
Nowadays are the era of technological economic development. The progress of science and technology has become one of the most important elements in the social and economic development. How to use it to benefit mankind is especially worth our consideration. Especially in our country, frequent food safety accidents , So we have to pay special attention to the application of science and technology in food safety production. Based on the principle of technical ethics, this article first makes a factual analysis of the food safety of technical causes and emphasizes the ethical principle of strictly following technical humanism and social benefits in food safety production.
