高温(700℃以上)下,SF发生分解,分解的混合气体中含有氟,硫和氧,这种混合气体对结构材料将发生腐蚀。本文选取三种结构陶瓷材料在此气氛中进行750~850℃对比试验,结果表明,在800℃下,Al_2O_3和MgO发生增重,增重与时间基本上呈直线关系;ZrO_2发生失重;在800℃以上增重或失重明显加剧。三种氧化物陶瓷在含氟环境中,被氟还原,形成氟化物,其抗氟腐蚀取决于所形成的氟化物性质,由于ZrF_4熔点和蒸发点较低而发生明显失重。
Under high temperature (above 700 ℃), SF decomposes and decomposes the mixture gas containing fluorine, sulfur and oxygen, which will corrode the structural materials. In this paper, three kinds of structural ceramic materials were selected and tested in this atmosphere at 750-850 ℃. The results showed that the weight gain of Al 2 O 3 and MgO at 800 ℃ was almost linear with the time; ZrO 2 weight loss occurred at 800 ℃ above weight gain or weight loss significantly increased. Three kinds of oxide ceramics are reduced by fluorine to form fluoride in the fluorine-containing environment, and their resistance to fluorine corrosion depends on the formed fluoride property, and significant weight loss occurs due to the lower melting point and evaporation point of ZrF 4.
