县域法治建设靠观念引路法者,天下之仪也。推进依法治县,必须突出“人”这个核心,在提升公民法治素养、培育法治精神上下功夫。我县地处西部,经济社会发展水平相对落后,法制教育也不如东部发达县市。如何提高居民法制观念,真正从思想上尊崇法律,敬畏法律,从而引导自己的行为?我认为,首先,要始终坚持党的领导。充分发挥党委领导核心
The rule of law in the county by law leads the way, the instrument of the world also. To promote the county according to law, we must emphasize the core of “people”, work hard on improving citizens’ legal literacy and fostering the spirit of the rule of law. My county is located in the west, the level of economic and social development is relatively backward, legal education is not as good as the eastern developed counties. How to improve the concept of residents legal system, really respect the law ideologically, awe laws, and thus guide their own behavior? I think, first and foremost, we must always uphold the leadership of the party. Give full play to the leadership core of party committees
