目的:建立喉癌数据库,为喉癌临床和基础研究提供信息平台,满足临床科研需求。方法:在临床专家指导下,采用Apache+PHP+MySQL技术,依照临床数据标准,结合喉癌专科特点和肿瘤基因信息,构建基于Web的喉癌临床数据库。结果:基于Web的一体化喉癌数据库系统用户界面友好,数据录入、查询方便,采用临床数据标准,与现行电子病历系统实现信息互通,避免肿瘤数据库系统成为信息孤岛,在数据库表单设计上实现专科化,并整合肿瘤基因信息。结论:基于Web的一体化喉癌数据库专科信息全面、专业性强、可扩展性好,符合喉癌临床专科的特点;收集、录入肿瘤患者信息详实,依据临床数据标准,结构化处理临床数据,便于信息交换,能更好地满足科研的需要;此外,用户可通过互联网方便快捷地访问和操作该数据库。
