小麦白粉病是我省经常发生的病害,采用抗病育种是其主要防治手段之一。但国内外对小麦抗白粉病的遗传规律研究较少,我省尚未正式报道,抗白粉病育种的亲本选配和杂种后代的选择都没得到很好解决。鉴此,我们从1978年开始,进行了此项研究。一、试验材料和方法在试验田的原始材料圃和品比圃内观察到,矮立多、大山洞1号和雅安早对白粉病免疫或高抗,丰收10号、晋麦8号和4113(品系)则高感。用这些材料进行抗白粉病与不抗白粉病相对性状的杂交,对F_1、F_2进行观察记载。
Wheat powdery mildew is a frequent disease in our province, the use of disease-resistant breeding is one of its main control measures. However, few studies have been done on the inheritance of wheat resistance to powdery mildew at home and abroad. The province has not yet officially reported that the selection of parents and offspring against powdery mildew breeding has not been well resolved. In view of this, we have conducted this study since 1978.
