粒度细小的锆石、臭葱石、板钛矿等矿物在变质岩中含量少,利用岩石薄片偏反光显微镜鉴定技术一般不易确认,X射线粉晶衍射分析通常也检测不出此类微量矿物。利用电镜能谱分析技术能够准确测定出矿物主要组成元素,并能给出所测元素的浓度值,运用Casino程序和Quanta程序,据所测元素的浓度值可以计算出矿物中各元素的重量百分比,根据矿物化学式中阴阳离子电价平衡的配比规律,就可以计算出所测矿物的化学组成。本次研究利用扫描电镜能谱仪检测了8个样品中微量矿物,化学组成分析结果表明:所测8个样品中(Si+Al)O2为35.52%~42.69%、(Zr+Al+K+Na+Cr+Mg+Ca+Fe)O2为57.31%~64.48%;同标准的锆石矿物化学组成基本一致,推测所测样品为锆石。

In this study, the trace minerals in eight samples were detected by scanning electron microscopy (EDS). The results of chemical composition analysis showed that (Si + Al) O2 was 35.52% ~ 42.69% Na + Cr + Mg + Ca + Fe) O2 is 57.31% ~ 64.48%. The chemical composition of the zircon minerals is basically the same as that of the standard zircons.
