新课程强调教育不只是让学生获得知识和技能,更应该使学生不断生成智慧和完善人格。一轮又一轮的课程改革活跃了我们的课堂,新的理念、新的课标、新的教材、新的教法,使教师充满激情,学生充满活力。伴随着这些新理念和新思想,课堂教学也发生了翻天覆地的变化。如何提高课堂教学的“有效性”呢?在经历了几年的课改之后,反思我们的做法和教学效果,越加感到对新理念、新课标、新教材、新教法应该有科学、理性的理解。
