合作学习是学生的交流与合作为基础,注重课堂教学中创新能力的培养,人力资源开发和思维能力的培养,是一种有效并且很有意义的学习方式。它能克服传统教学存在的弊端,满足改革课堂教学提高教学效率的需要,它将社会心理学的合作原理纳入人际交往,对于认知发展有促进功能。本文对小组合作学习的概念及其优势进行论述,重点在于对高中数学课堂教学小组合作学习存在的问题及解决这些问题的对策进行分析,以达到更好地课堂教学的目的。
Cooperative learning is based on the exchange and cooperation of students, focusing on the cultivation of innovative ability, human resources development and thinking ability in classroom teaching. It is an effective and meaningful learning method. It can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional teaching, to meet the need of reforming classroom teaching to improve teaching efficiency. It integrates the principles of social psychology cooperation into interpersonal communication and promotes the cognitive development. This article discusses the concept of group cooperative learning and its advantages. The emphasis is on analyzing the problems existing in cooperative learning of high school mathematics classroom teaching and the countermeasures to solve these problems so as to achieve better classroom teaching.
