炉外精炼是本世纪五十年代末期发展起来的一门炼钢新技术,不锈钢的炉外精炼技术在世界各国得到了迅速发展,目前世界上不锈钢日益增长,总产量的90％是用炉外精炼方法生产的。为了满足我国国民经济对不锈钢日益增长的需要,抚顺钢厂从西德引进了一台30吨VOD炉,由于没有引进工艺软件,投产后备项技术经济指标与国外先进水平比较有较大差距,所以工艺研究势在必行,此题被国家科委定为攻关课题。
