以羊毛脂为原料,通过酰胺化、单酯化和亚硫酸化制得了酰胺化羊毛脂琥珀酸酯磺酸钠盐。对各步反应条件进行了优化。羊毛脂与单乙醇胺质量比为100∶4时,优化的酰胺化反应条件为反应温度125℃,反应时间4 h,单乙醇胺的转化率为90.42%。酰胺化羊毛脂与马来酸酐的质量比为100∶10时,优化的单酯化反应条件为反应温度90℃,反应时间2 h,马来酸酐酯化率为96.11%。n(亚硫酸钠)/n(单酯)=1.05时,优化的亚硫酸化反应条件为反应温度80℃,时间2 h,亚硫酸钠的转化率为94.6%。
Amylized lanolin succinate sulfonate sodium salt was obtained from lanolin as raw material by amidation, monoesterification and sulfitation. The reaction conditions were optimized. When the mass ratio of lanolin to monoethanolamine is 100: 4, the optimum conditions for the amidation reaction are reaction temperature 125 ℃, reaction time 4 h and the conversion of monoethanolamine 90.42%. When the mass ratio of amidated lanolin to maleic anhydride is 100:10, the optimized monoesterification conditions are the reaction temperature is 90 ℃, the reaction time is 2 h and the maleic anhydride esterification rate is 96.11%. The optimal sulfite reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 80 ℃, reaction time was 2 h and the conversion rate of sodium sulfite was 94.6% at n (monosulfite) / n (monoester) = 1.05.
