异位妊娠是妇产科常见急腹症,大多伴有腹腔内大量出血,手术治疗收集腹腔血作自血腹腔回输也是恢复血容量的有效措施之一。本文重点介绍我院异位妊娠55例腹腔白血重新输回腹腔的临床观察,供同志们参考。资料分析我院从1963年至1975年对55例异位妊娠腹腔自血经抗凝与滤过处理后重新回输腹腔,输血总量27,800毫升,最少者100毫升,最多为1,600毫升。
Ectopic pregnancy is a common acute abdomen obstetrics and gynecology, mostly accompanied by a large number of intra-abdominal bleeding, surgical treatment of abdominal blood collected from the blood for self-blood return is one of the effective measures to restore blood volume. This article focuses on 55 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital peritoneal white blood reperfusion back to the abdominal cavity for clinical observation, for comrades reference. Data analysis In our hospital from 1963 to 1975, 55 cases of ectopic pregnancy after abdominal peritoneal self-blood anticoagulation and filtration treatment returned to the abdominal cavity, the total blood transfusion of 27,800 ml, with a minimum of 100 ml, up to 1,600 ml.
