S5a/angiocidin是由377个氨基酸组成的蛋白质,是胞内26S蛋白酶体19S调节微粒的亚单位,也存在于细胞外,尤其高表达于多种实体肿瘤和肿瘤新生血管内皮细胞。近年发现S5a/angiocidin具有抑制肿瘤新生血管生成、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和诱导单核细胞分化等生物学活性,有望成为新一代抗肿瘤分子,用于肿瘤治疗。S5a/angiocidin的这些生物学功能可能与细胞内外S5a/angiocidin的分布比例有关,也有可能其靶细胞表面存在其受体,或存在着全新的作用机制。
S5a / angiocidin is a protein composed of 377 amino acids. It is a subunit of intracellular 26S proteasome 19S regulatory particles, also exists in the extracellular, especially in many solid tumors and tumor neovascular endothelial cells. In recent years, it has been found that S5a / angiocidin has the biological activity of inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, inducing tumor cell apoptosis and inducing monocyte differentiation, and is expected to be a new generation anti-tumor molecule for tumor treatment. These biological functions of S5a / angiocidin may be related to the distribution ratio of S5a / angiocidin inside and outside cells, and may also have their receptors on the surface of target cells or a completely new mechanism of action.
