1982年2月及1983年2月我体工大队曾先后两次短期内暴发以呼吸道症状为主,伴有血中嗜酸粒细胞增多及肺部X线改变的病例。现将情况报告如下。一、1982年2月10日在武鸣灵水训练的水上运动队开始发病,16～20日达高峰,23日以后自然终止,全队共40人发病,运动员77人中发病35人;教练员13人均无发病;工作人员18人发病5人。值得提出的是在人发病的同时,有5只小狗亦出现频繁咳喘而死。(一)发病前后气象及生活条件:当时多是连日阴雨,气候潮湿,气压偏低,气温
