目的：探讨土三七总酚酸抗氧化活性。方法：在测定土三七中总酚酸的含量基础上，选用还原力、DPPH自由基清除率和多不饱和脂肪酸（PUFA）过氧化体系对不同浓度提取液进行体外抗氧化活性评价，同时以VC为阳性对照。结果：土三七总酚酸含量越高，其抗氧化活性越强，其中还原性和DPPH清除能力低于VC，而对PUFA过氧化体系的抑制效果则比VC的活性更强。结论：土三七总酚酸抗氧化活性与浓度呈正相关性，表明其抗氧化活性与酚酸类物质有关。“,”Objective: To explore the antioxidant activities of total phenolic acid in sedum aizoon L. Methods: The con-tents of total phenolic acid of Sedum aizoon L were determined. Antioxidant activities of the extracts from Sedum aizoon L were evaluated by reducing power, scavenging capability on DPPH free radicals and inhibitory effect on PUFA, using vitamin C as the reference. Results: The more total phenolic acid in the extract, the more strong the antioxidant activities. The reduc-ing power and scavenging capability on DPPH free radicals was slightly lower than VC, but the inhibitory effect on PUFA was better than VC. Conclusion: The antioxidant activity of Total Phenolic Acid in Sedum Aizoon L is positive correlated with concentration; the antioxidant activity was related to the content of total phenolic acid.
