普通质量低碳钢经亚温淬火获得双相组织,通过改变淬火和回火温度,调整两相的组织形态、数量、分布和强度、塑性,可得到高塑性、较高强度的双相钢丝。本文指出了获得高塑性、较高强度双相钢丝的途径,分析了双相钢丝的性能与两相的组织的关系,探讨了控制强度和塑性的主要因素,闸明了提高强度不降低塑性的机理。
Ordinary quality low-carbon steel obtained by dual-phase microstructure quenching and tempering, by changing the quenching and tempering temperature, adjusting the two-phase morphology, quantity, distribution and strength, plasticity, high plasticity, high strength dual-phase wire. This paper points out the way of obtaining high ductility and high strength dual phase steel wire, analyzes the relationship between the properties of two phase wires and the microstructure of the two phases, discusses the main factors controlling strength and ductility, and clarifies the mechanism of improving strength without decreasing ductility .
