研究了高碳钢线材和焙炖钢丝的组织,确定了组织参数及其与钢丝机械性能的关系非合金亚共析钢丝的组织通常由珠光体和先共析铁素体组成。珠光体内的渗碳体是板状或片状的。珠光体组织愈细,渗碳体片层愈簿;渗碳体片层愈簿,它在珠光体晶粒内的分布愈均匀,柔韧性愈好。组织细小的珠光体能承受较大程度的变形,且变形较均匀。相界数增多可加强相间的相互作用并提高其强度。
The microstructure of high-carbon steel wire rod and roast stewed steel wire was studied and the relationship between the microstructure parameters and the mechanical properties of the steel wire was established. The microstructure of the non-alloyed sub-eutectoid steel wire usually consisted of pearlite and pro-eutectoid ferrite. The cementite in the pearlite is plate-like or flaky. The finer the pearlite, the more cementite lamella; the more cementite lamella, the more uniform distribution within the pearlite grains, the better the flexibility. Finely organized pearlite can withstand a greater degree of deformation, and the deformation is more uniform. Increasing the number of phase boundaries enhances the phase-to-phase interaction and increases its strength.
