在毛主席革命路线指引下,在广泛深入开展农业学大寨群众运动的推动下,我们于1975年开始了早稻激光育种的试验研究。二年多来,在党委一元化领导下,坚持党的基本路线,坚持大搞群众性科学实验活动,坚持科学研究“二服务一结合”的方向,应用激光技术进行培育良种,我们用9种光源,86个处理方法,共照射了干种21040粒。播种后成苗移栽13934株,获得当代变异单株7株,通过异地加代,生产鉴定,选育了“激光早”等一个品种二个品系,在1976年上海郊区早稻品种评选会议上受到了好评。现将激光育种第四代以来的试验情况介绍如下。
Guided by Chairman Mao's revolutionary line, we started the pilot study of early rice laser breeding in 1975, under the impetus of extensively conducting the mass movement of agriculture in Dazhai. In the past two years or so, under the leadership of the unified party committees, the party adhered to the basic line, adhered to the mass scientific experiments and adhered to the principle of “two services and one combination” of scientific research. Using laser technology to cultivate improved varieties, we used nine light sources , 86 treatment methods, a total of 21040 kinds of dry seed. After sowing, 13934 strains of transplanting seedlings were obtained and 7 strains of contemporary variation were obtained. Two lines of one variety “LZL” were selected through off-site addition and generational identification, and were subjected to the 1976 Early Shanghai Rice Variety Selection Conference Praise. Now the fourth generation of laser breeding since the test conditions are described below.
