During the 16th International AIDS Conference, the American Chapter of the International AIDS Society revisited the outline of adult antiretroviral therapy. The main principle of this revision is that an effective drug combination can completely inhibit the replication of a virus and insist on using the drug without any adverse effect on the drug.
