本文由编者作了节录李赓序同志编著的初级中学课本“中国历史”第三册在编写的体例上,大致和第一二两册是相同的。在内容方面则有了较显著的改进,如造语之力求生动浅易,节段标题之力求明确,图表之力求与课文内容紧密配合,凡此皆为第一二两册所不及的,也是值得编者异日改写第一二两册时据以参考和提高的。不过这一册里也还存在着处理史料方面的一些问题,值得提出来共同商榷的
