读了几期《医师进修杂志》,略有所感。我认为,一个刊物的名称,当然是重要的,但更为关键的问题,在于刊物的内容,在于刊物能否真正为读者提供帮助,给读者一些所需要的东西。据我了解,目前在基层医疗工作单位的许多青年同志,是很希望把自己的医疗技术水平搞上去的。他们愿意学习,希望在学习中得到帮助和支持。《医师进修杂志》坚持面向实际,面向基层,面向年青医生的办刊方向,是符合广大基层医疗单位医务人员的心理状态的。我希望编辑同志时刻把这一点放在心上,经常把自己出版的刊
Read a few “physician training magazine”, a little feeling. I think the title of a publication is, of course, important, but the more crucial issue lies in the content of the publication, whether the publication really helps the reader and gives the reader something they need. As far as I understand it, many young comrades who are currently working in grass-roots medical units are very much looking forward to engaging themselves in the medical technology. They are willing to learn, hoping to get help and support in their studies. The Journal of Medical Practitioners adheres to the orientation of facing the actual situation, facing the grassroots level and facing young doctors. It is in line with the psychological status of the medical personnel in the primary medical units. I hope comrades at the moment always take this as their point of departure and often publish their own publications
