低压浮筒式乙炔发生器,由于易发生爆炸,造成人身、设备事故,故不提倡使用。但由于其结构简单,搬运方便,至今在管道施工中还大量使用。要防止爆炸事故,装配有效的回火防止器是关键。一、两种结构不合理的回火防止器实际施工中使用着多种结构不合理的低压回火防止器,现将比较典型的两种介绍如下(见图1、图2)。图2是图1的改进,但仍不能很好地降压防爆。工作中,由于某种原因引起回火,都仍会使乙炔发生器的浮筒上天,造成不甚设想的后果。
