患儿,汉族,出生后45天,因右耳面部有一肿物于1964年1月11日来诊,患儿为第四胎早产儿。分娩后即发现女婴的右耳下有一鸡蛋大的肿物,以后迅速增大。母在孕期前后无传染病及其它疾病史。无家族病史。检查:T37.2℃,体重4kg,身长49cm。右侧面部有一11×10×8cm~3的肿物,右耳因肿物的增大而外移。质较硬,不活动,边缘不清,与皮肤粘连,皮肤色泽正常,透光试验阴性。穿刺有不同程度的实质感,抽出
