档案管理对于企业发展具有比较重要的意义,但是由于部分煤炭企业对于档案管理的重要性认识不足、重视不够,在档案管理方面存在着不少的问题。如制度不完善、硬件设施不达标、从业人员素质有待提高等等,而这些问题的存在必然制约着煤炭企业档案工作的有效开展。本文简单介绍了档案管理的基础理论及其对企业发展的意义,对煤炭企业普遍存在的一些问题进行了分析,然后结合实际情况,针对存在的问题提出了相应的应对措施。
File management is of great significance to the development of enterprises. However, due to lack of understanding and importance of some coal enterprises for the importance of file management, there are many problems in file management. Such as the system is imperfect, hardware facilities are not up to standard, the quality of employees needs to be improved, etc., and the existence of these problems will inevitably restrict the effective implementation of the archives of coal enterprises. This article briefly introduces the basic theory of file management and its significance to the development of the enterprise, analyzes some common problems in the coal enterprises, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation.
