把握住人的心理,顺着人的心理开展工作,就能收到事半功倍的效果。在开展妇女文化技术课施教过程中,我首先调查、了解、研究、分析了妇女的心理。施教对象多是18～40周岁的脱盲学员和不及小学毕业或相当小学毕业水平的妇女,她们中的大多数人,对单纯的思想教育、文化教育,感到枯燥,没有兴趣,而对距离她们生活很近的实用技术教育和生活常识教育,却兴趣很浓。针对学员这一心理,我在教学中处处注意将实用技术和家庭生活常识讲的实用、可行、符合妇女学习心理,以此来吸引学员,从而做到政治教育、文化教育、生产生活知识教育同时并举。在具体施教中我着重采取了以下几种做法: 一、讨论设疑,调动思维社会上有许多事情是妇女密切关注的,如果我们提出妇女十分关心的问题,她们就会敞开思维的胸怀去思考、去探索。这时对她们施教,就会变有意识记为无意识记,使她们在轻松愉快的氛围中接受知识。比如在讲解《关于“独苗”的对话》
