在「戏剧报」一九五五年一月号上发表的李纶同志的「更多地、更有效地为工农兵演出」一文中,批评了某些国营剧团未能充分执行「中央文化部关于整顿和加强全国剧团工作的指示」中关于为工农兵巡回演出的决定,指出「一九五四年一月至九月,国营话剧团中为工农兵巡回演出超过五十场的只有上海、热河、旅大、天津、辽宁等省、市的五个话剧团……其中如渖阳、西安两个话剧团连十场都不到。」这一批评引起了西安市文化主管部门和西安人民话剧团的极大重视。为了纠正这个缺点,我们西安人民话剧团根据这个批评在文化局直接领导下,进行了工作检查。在工作检查中,对我们剧团中保守主义思想和轻视为工农兵服务的思想展开了批评,从而明确了戏剧在当前我国社会主义建设中
In his article “More and More Effectively Performing for the Workers, Peasants and Soldiers,” published in The January 1955 by the Drama Newspaper, Comrade Li spoke on the failure of some state-owned troupes to fully implement the “ The directive on reorganizing and strengthening the work of the troupe nationwide pointed out: ”From January to September 1954, the tour groups in the State-owned Repertory Theater for peasants, soldiers and soldiers conducted more than 50 games only in Shanghai, Rehe, Luda, Tianjin, Liaoning and other provinces, cities of the five Repertory Theater ... ... which, such as Xingyang, Xi’an, two repertory theater did not even ten games.
