我们已试制出一种感应加热用的电流馈电高频逆变器,在98%的高效率下其输出功率很大。这种逆变器电路是单相全桥式逆变器,侵用了四个额定值为300A、1200V的SI晶闸管。由于所使用的晶闸管没有反向阴断特性,所以使用串联二极管和小功率反向并联二极管制出了桥接电路。在控制系统中,变换器部分控制输出功率,而逆变器部分控制工作相位。在整个工作相位控制期间,在关断状态下,通过域小开关损耗和抑制SI品闸管的浪涌电压,得到了高效无缓冲的转换。
We have prototyped a current-fed high-frequency inverter for induction heating, which delivers high output power at 98% efficiency. This inverter circuit is a single-phase full-bridge inverter, invaded four SI thyristors rated at 300A, 1200V. Due to the fact that the thyristors used do not have a reverse-blocking characteristic, a bridge circuit is made using a series diode and a low power reverse-parallel diode. In the control system, the converter section controls the output power while the inverter section controls the working phase. During the entire working phase control, an efficient and unbuffered conversion is obtained through the small switching losses in the domain and the suppression of the surge voltage of the SI thyristor during the off-state.
