新闻背景5月19日,《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》印发,明确“三步走”战略目标。第一步,到2020年进入创新型国家行列,基本建成中国特色国家创新体系,有力支撑全面建成小康社会目标的实现。第二步,到2030年跻身创新型国家前列,发展驱动力实现根本转换,为建成经济强国和共同富裕社会奠定坚实基础。第三步,到2050年建成世界科技创新强国,成为世界主要科学中心和创新高地,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供强大支撑。
News Background On May 19, the “Outline for National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy” was issued with a clear strategic goal of “three steps”. The first step is to enter the ranks of an innovative country by 2020 and basically build a national innovation system with Chinese characteristics, effectively supporting the goal of fully building a moderately prosperous society. The second step is to rank among the forerunners of an innovative country by 2030 and to realize the fundamental transformation of the driving forces for development so as to lay a solid foundation for building an economic power and a common prosperity society. The third step is to build a world science and technology powerhouse by 2050, to become the world’s major science center and innovation high ground, and provide strong support for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
