近年来,我们开展气管内给药,治疗Ⅳ型肺结核并肺部感染30例,疗效优于单纯性全身用药,现报告如下: 一、一般资料 1.病例均为住院的Ⅳ型肺结核并肺部感染患者,随机分为气管内注药组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。治疗组30例男:女=22:8,年龄为21～61岁,病程4～35年,合并肺心脏3例,肺气肿5例,肺霉菌感染1例。对照组30例男:女=20:10,合并肺心病4例,肺气肿3例,年龄病程与治疗组类似。
