结核病是一种常见病、多发病,在疾病构成中占第七位,并以浸润型肺结核居多,约占结核病的60％左右。据统计,目前全国现有活动性肺结核病人593.2万,全国每年因肺结核误工造成的经济损失是35亿元。肺结核一般不被人们所重视,因其属呼吸道传染病,对人群危害极大,加之病程及治疗时间较长,医疗费用较集中,有关住院费用的研究,目前国内外尚无报道。本文旨在通过对专科医院浸润型肺结核病人内科住院各项费用的调查、研究,拟制定出符合我国国情的肺结核病人的内科住院费用使用方案及标准,以加强医疗费用合理使用和管理,填补我国这方面研究的空白。
