目前应用肿瘤干细胞表面标志鉴定、分选干细胞的方法,已经在多种肿瘤中发现了肿瘤干细胞。而不少肿瘤干细胞表面标志是未知的,因此可以通过初次分离得到干细胞样细胞再鉴定出肿瘤干细胞。侧群细胞是具有干细胞样特性的细胞,它们具有起始肿瘤发生、表达干细胞样基因及耐受化疗药物的特性。文章就侧群细胞的分选方法、特征、在肿瘤干细胞研究中的应用及存在的问题进行综述。
At present, the application of tumor stem cell surface markers to identify and sort stem cells, cancer stem cells have been found in many tumors. Many tumor stem cell surface markers are unknown, so stem cells can be isolated by the first isolation of tumor stem cells. Side population cells are stem cell-like cells that have the property of initiating tumorigenesis, expressing stem cell-like genes, and being resistant to chemotherapeutic drugs. The article reviews the methods and characteristics of lateral cell sorting, its application in cancer stem cell research and its existing problems.
