本文研究智力低下和多发畸形及不良产史与染色体异常的关系。对636例遗传咨询者进行外周血染色体核型分析。共验出107例染色体异常,异常检出率16.82%。染色体异常是导致智力低下、多发畸形和不良孕产史的重要原因之一。
This article studies the relationship between mental retardation and multiple births and poor birth histories and chromosomal abnormalities. Peripheral blood karyotype analysis was performed on 636 genetic counselors. A total of 107 cases of chromosomal abnormalities were detected, the detection rate was 16.82%. Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the important causes of mental retardation, multiple malformations and poor pregnancy history.
