近日,杭州市统计局公布了今年上半年杭州市房地产市场运行情况报告。报告显示,上半年,杭州市房地产开发投资继续承接去年以来平稳回升的态势,累计投资215.2亿元,同比增长26.9%,在各类商品房中,住宅投资增长最快。上半年杭州住宅投资达到162.72亿元,增长26.9%。上半年,商品房新开工面积472.33万平方米,增长25.5%。不过,由于宏观环境趋紧,上半年的杭州楼市呈现出了销售面积缩量、价格稳中趋降,房地产企业资金紧张的特点。
Recently, Hangzhou Bureau of Statistics announced the first half of this year, Hangzhou real estate market operating conditions report. The report shows that in the first half of 2007, Hangzhou’s real estate development investment continued its steady rebound since last year, with a total investment of 21.52 billion yuan, an increase of 26.9% over the same period of last year. Among various types of commercial buildings, the growth of residential investment was the fastest. Hangzhou residential investment in the first half reached 16.272 billion yuan, an increase of 26.9%. In the first half of the year, the newly started commercial housing area reached 4.7233 million square meters, an increase of 25.5%. However, due to the tightening macroeconomic conditions, the first half of the property market in Hangzhou showed a shrinking sales area, the price steadily declining, the real estate business funds tight.
