非公有制经济与中国农民工基本上是同步发生的。在新的时期,如何在推动非公有制经济的发展的同时,逐步实现农民工市民化,是中国在转型时期必须思考的问题。目前,农民工出现了逆市民化的现象,这表明非公有制经济发展没有有效地推动农民工市民化,因此需要进行推动非公有制经济成为农民工市民化基础的制度创新:平等竞争的市场经济制度、严格的产权保护制度、有效的公共产品供给制度、完善的现代企业制度、统一平等的社会制度与和谐的劳动关系制度。
Non-public ownership economy and China's migrant workers basically occur simultaneously. In the new period, how to gradually realize the urbanization of migrant workers while pushing forward the development of the non-public sector of the economy is a question China must consider in its transitional period. At present, there is a phenomenon of adverse urbanization of migrant workers, which indicates that the development of non-public ownership economy has not effectively promoted the urbanization of migrant workers. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the system of non-public ownership economy as the basis of urbanization of migrant workers: an equal and competitive market economy Strict system of property rights protection, effective supply of public goods, modern enterprise system, unified and equal social system and harmonious labor relations system.
