研究了定向凝固条件下强制性对流对AlSi7.0合金凝固界面溶质原子分布的影响。强制性对流是利用金属熔体流过凝固界面上方的内部坩埚底部中心的开孔形成的。试验结果表明,随着冷却速度的提高,试样中共晶体的体积分数减小,而共晶体中硅的体积分数却有所增加。强制性对流条件下,合金的共晶体体积分数以及共晶体中的Si粒子的体积分数都较只有自然对流时高。
The effect of forced convection on the distribution of solute atoms in the solidification interface of AlSi7.0 alloy was investigated. Forced convection is formed by using a metal melt to flow through the openings in the center of the bottom of the inner crucible over the solidification interface. The experimental results show that with the increase of the cooling rate, the volume fraction of the eutectic in the sample decreases and the volume fraction of silicon in the eutectic increases. Under forced convection conditions, the volume fraction of eutectic alloy and the volume fraction of Si particles in the eutectoid are both higher than those with only natural convection.
