The Symposium on the National Press Incidents 2000, sponsored by the China Institute of Current Affairs Studies, was held on October 31 in Beihai, Guangxi. There were a total of 75 news agencies. At the meeting, 6 newspapers, including Tieling Daily, Gannan Daily, Yanfu Dazhong Daily, Ningbo Daily and Yantai Daily introduced the experience of editing manuscripts and handling layouts.
