目的:分析肾功能不全患者氮质血症期尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、β2-微球蛋白、镁和磷在血清中的水平。方法:测定128例肾功能不全患者氮质血症期血清中尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、β2-微球蛋白、镁和磷的水平。结果:肾功能不全患者与正常对照组相比,血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸和β2-微球蛋白明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清镁和磷无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、β2-微球蛋白、镁和磷的水平为辅助诊断肾功能不全氮质血症期提供了重要的实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the level of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, β2-microglobulin, magnesium and phosphorus in azotemia patients with renal insufficiency. Methods: The levels of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, β2-microglobulin, magnesium and phosphorus in 128 patients with renal insufficiency during azotemia were measured. Results: Serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid and β2-microglobulin in patients with renal insufficiency were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05 or P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in serum magnesium and phosphorus (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The levels of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, β2-microglobulin, magnesium and phosphorus provide important experimental evidences for the diagnosis of renal insufficiency azotemia.
